Lake Brillac
A warm welcome to Lake Brillac, situated in the beautiful Poitou-Charentes region of France, only just over one hours flying time from the UK.
Our lake is set in over 8 acres of land ,situated only 10km north east of Confolens on the edge of the quaint little village of Brillac and is an ideal retreat for the dedicated carper.

Lake Brillac dates back to the 1700's and is a Napoleonic lake, a focal point for the beautiful village of Brillac it sits just on the edge of the village meaning that the local tabac,petrol station, patisserie, pharmacy and general store are all only a few minutes walk away.
Our lake has a fine silt bed and grass banks, with plenty of flat areas for your bivvy's.
Our lake is stocked with mirrors. leathers, linear and common carp up to 30lb, of course these are growing all the time with our feeding program in place.
Although we do not have the biggest fish in France we do offer exceptional quality fish and we welcome both beginners and experienced anglers. We would not recommend our lake to anyone looking for 50/60lb fish as we do not have these sizes yet. What we do offer though is a beautiful lake in a scenic setting, peace and quiet and fabulous quality fish. The weather in the Charentes is fantastic and you can normally expect long warm summer days.
